Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (strategy guides, indicators, software), all sales are final once the product has been delivered. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
SaaS Subscriptions
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase if no significant usage has occurred. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Defective Products
If a product is technically defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@jvh-rj-aicloser.com for a full refund or replacement.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
